30 DAYS ABDOMINAL PROGRAM
This program is 6-week training program for anyone that wants to tone and strengthen their abdomen. It includes the training regimen I have used to build a balanced, strong, lean physique.
It includes 5 days of training and 2 rest days. This program can be done from home or at the gym.
You’ll receive detailed videos and descriptions of how to complete each exercise correctly to achieve the best results with sets and reps.
This program is for beginners and people with experience. (There are also alternatives to all of the exercises for anyone who wants to challenge themselves a little more!)
